• Providing legal consultancy services on the purchase and sale of real estate, preparation, review and amendment of purchase and sale contracts, carrying out purchase and sale transactions before the land registry offices,
• Preparing, reviewing and amending real estate lease agreements, carrying out rental transactions,
• Carrying out disputes arising from real estate and rental relations, eviction and adaptation cases,
• Examining the administrative and judicial cases filed and still ongoing regarding the real estate in which investment is planned, the provisional injunctions, liens and encumbrances given in relation to these cases, determining their legal nature and determining and reporting the legal risks,
• Providing legal consultancy, legal correspondence, litigation and enforcement proceedings regarding daily operation and legislation to shopping mall, business center and housing project managements, and participating in general assembly and board meetings,
• Preparing and reviewing construction, engineering, subcontracting and supply contracts,
• Issuing and reviewing real estate sales promise contracts and construction contracts in return for land share,
• Conducting lawsuits regarding disputes arising from zoning and construction projects,
• Conducting title deed registration and cancellation cases, entitlement cases, partnership dissolution cases,
• Establishing and determining the right of residence, right of passage, usufruct rights, or preventing seizure of disputes arising from these, and representing clients before the competent courts and authorities, monitoring litigation processes, and managing settlement processes for the resolution of recrimination cases.
