In accordance with the legislation and the legal relationship between patients, hospitals, physicians and public authorities, we provide legal consultancy services to clients on, but not limited to, the following issues;

• Providing consultancy regarding the protection of the rights of physicians, healthcare professionals and patients,
• Providing legal consultancy in malpractice cases and managing the litigation period,
• Conducting material and moral compensation cases,
• Providing legal consultancy and litigation services in terms of lawsuits and criminal processes regarding the liability of the relevant administration, hospital and/or doctor,
• Preparation and revision of R&D contracts, multilateral projects, confidentiality agreements, production and supply agreements, domestic and international distributorship agreements for clients in terms of Pharmaceutical Law,
• Providing legal consultancy regarding the application processes before the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and representing the client before the competent authority,
• Providing legal consultancy regarding pharmaceutical patent and trademark applications and following up on the application,
• Preparing and revising contracts in processes such as purchasing-renting domestic or international healthcare equipment.
